believe that Judge Mendiguren needs to be removed from the bench before he

It is a fact that Judge Mendiguren recused himself after he signed the document NOT before

The last paragraph is a subtle but clear threat not to contact the judge or his staff. In the
courtroom he is a bully, swearing at and threatening those who dare to challenge his

conversation regarding my stalkers sentence for perjury and about future contact. Click

On the judges authority I was denied the right to ask for a restraining order as I was advised
to do by the head of CHD. Click Here
When I finally was granted a restraining order after my stalker threatened to kill me in front
of the Postmaster Inspector General, the judge modified the order to allow her to drive by
